Delete your account

In the app: Settings › Account › Delete account. Your progress, gold, items and friends are erased within 7 days of your request and can’t be restored. Signing in again before then doesn’t cancel it — email us to cancel. Sign in with Apple access is disconnected when you request it. If you can’t open the app, email us from the address linked to your Apple or Google account and we’ll delete it for you.

Purchases

Purchases are made through the App Store. A purchase is added to your account automatically when you’re back online. For refunds, follow Apple’s Request a refund guide.
